These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement governing the provision of consulting services by DESPERTA FERRO SERVICES LLC, located at 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Company").
The Company provides strategic consulting services for content creators and digital entrepreneurs. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees shall be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.
All services are advisory in nature. The Company does not guarantee specific financial, business, or performance outcomes.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate information and for implementing recommendations at their own discretion.
Fees shall be agreed in advance. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.
All methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of the Company unless expressly transferred in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
